海文廣場酒店 (Haven Plaza)

實在是不想評分，我換了三個房間都有很大的噪音😂影響睡眠質量

酒店的位置還是挺好的，酒店的整體環境比較老舊，早餐還可以，如果對環境要求很高的話，那麼會另你失望的。

很差，非常差。一直在裝修，早餐也沒有吃的。wifi特別差。很影響工作。太糟糕了這次訂的酒店🏨。無語至極

電梯經常停運，住在五樓需要爬五樓，空調晚上咔咔作響，洗手間馬桶無力，花灑亂噴。

衞生不錯，房間夠大。早餐還不錯。衞生基本不會主動打掃，沙特基本都這樣，除非五星級酒店。其他還好吧。。

附早餐空間不錯舒適

Haven Plaza, has to be the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Firstly, Trip has a responsibility to make customers aware that this hotel has "NO WINDOWS!" On many days I would wake up, not knowing the time of day, if my alarm never went off... Furthermore, the hotel is old and no way near a 4-star, 3 max if I am being kind! Anyways here is my summary and please only come here if you are desperate and maybe coming for a night or two. Lastly, very dead atmosphere and vibe. Hotel owners need to really step up their game: Bad: * Hotel entrance looks nothing like advertised. * No sound proofed rooms. Hear every conversation and footstep. * Majority of the staff look miserable and never smile. Not very accommodating or friendly. * Hotel vibe is dead. I don't think anyone comes here for a reason! * Broken AC in my room, made freaky noises. Took two days for someone to come and fix and then he made it super cold! * Outdated décor in rooms and chips and dents on all furniture. * Mouldy and old tiles in bathroom. * Broken toilet flush. * Broken switch , leaky water from sink, always had to use towels to dry. * No plug inside the shower, despite highlighting this to a member of staff, (Disgusting having to shower looking into that) * Super tight showering facility, can hardly move! * Breakfast is basic and for the price unacceptable. * Broken fitness centre of like 2 or three machines! Why advertise it? * No weighting scale for suitcases. * Location is not great either. Good: * It is safe Avoid, avoid, avoid!

房間應該有些年了，有些老舊。不知道是裝修還是幹什麼白天一直有施工的雜音，比較吵。早餐一般吧，湊合吃飽，沒有水果。

ホテル自體が改裝中です。 エントランスは埃と騒音。 部屋はコーヒーやポット　水など他のホテルにあった備品が揃っていました。 朝食も種類が多く、美味しかったです。 チェックインに時間がかかったのが殘念です。アラビア語の確認書を持參することをおすすめします。

酒店離市中心很近，雖然裝修很有年代感，但是性價比非常高。我們住的房間不帶浴缸，個人覺得很舒適。附近交通非常方便，離公交車站很近
